Exempted from the SibyllenbadCard discount system are:

- Allowances or products from advertising campaigns
- Overnight-stay allowances
- Prevention allowances
- Food and drinks
- Stamps and „Tillenzwerge”
- All purchases made before receipt of the SibyllenbadCard
Discount points are only credited for payments made at the bath counter as well as at the information desk in the wellness section. The SibyllenbadCard has to be presented by the guest prior to purchases made. Purchases announced afterwards can unfortunate-
ly not be taken into account. Our advice: give away Sibyllenbad vouchers to a dear one and collect points for your loyalty reward!

Changes to the “SibyllenbadCard” loyalty program – new cash register system
Dear guests,
Anyone who comes to the Sibyllenbad again and again will always notice: With constant large and small modernization work and improvements, we want to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. We are currently preparing to update our cash register and locking system. The changeover is planned for mid-2024. You don’t have to worry about not being able to find your way around: everything stays the same with our chip bracelets. A state-of-the-art system will run in the background to ensure the highest possible comfort and safety. Our new cash register and locking system will then also lead to changes to our “SibyllenbadCard” loyalty system. We will inform you about this in good time.
